Today Bob Jr. finished installing paneling in the dining room. He
also installed the molding around the windows and doors. We were unable
to find stock molding that matched the existing molding in the living
room and dining room, so we had it custom milled along with the
paneling--hence the recent delay while we waited for wood.
Still left to do in the dining room:
Install a baseboard around the east and north walls
Stain the new paneling
Paint the ceiling
Install electrical receptacles, cover plates, ceiling light trim
kits, and light bulbs
Move out all the construction materials, tools, furniture, and
boxes that have occupied the dining room for the past three months
