Shelter Review

Every year we're amazed at the great variety of tents and tarps at ADZPCTKO. This year, we plan to make up a data sheet for every type of commercial, semi-commercial, or home-made tent or tarp there; it will list the manufacturer, total weight, cost, and other pertinent information. We'll attach these sheets to the shelters so that everyone can walk around and know what they are looking at; we'll also make it available through this Web site. A walking tour of the shelters will be done early in the day on Saturday.

If you are coming to the ADZPCTKO this year, whether a hiker or supporter, and have a cool shelter that you would like to have shown, please send information about your shelter to our Shelter Review Coordinator, Jeff Zimmerman (AT '76, PCT '77, PCT '00, CDT '02). You can send him an e-mail with the following information or, more simply, fill out the form and click Submit.
